Our Process...

Step 1

We arrange a meeting with you to discuss the project ahead. If relevant, we will need your latest floor plans, elevations and sections. We can work from a .pdf or compatible software DWG's.

Step 2

We will reply with a quotation within 48 hours, which will need to be approved before any work can start.

Step 3

Once quotation is approved, we will need 50% down payment & 50% upon completion. For big projects, we can negotiate to 25% down payment. (Payment options can be discussed once work load is determined)

Step 4

We will begin work. Progress reports will be sent every 2-3days

Step 5

Based on our progress, we will need your comments and mark-ups. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work. Anything outside of the original work scope will be charged at standard draughting rates.

Step 6

Once you are satisfied with the project, we will request the remaining 50% final payment. Once payment is received the watermark will be removed and the final product will be released.
